More Than Blue (Daughter's POV #4) If there is anything I love about Filipino films, it’s how dramatic and cringy they could be yet it still gives you the feels. I’m well aware that More Than Blue was a remake but I’ll refuse to acknowledge that for now since I haven’t watched the original one yet. For the Filipino remake, I will admit that they did a great job in casting JC Santos. He is a very phenomenal actor and his crafts are one of the best I’ve seen. Films with him are just so good. So I really was looking forward to watching More Than Blue. A screenshot from the trailer I watched More Than Blue with a friend of mine. It was clear to me that she really enjoyed watching the movie. Only with a few complaints that the movie never stated the time frame we are in. Just a while ago they were in high school and then cut-! they’re working already. I had the same sentiments since I got confused too but it wasn’t really that hard to catch up with what the film is trying to convey
